Welcome to EDSUMART. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following terms.
1. General Usage

EDSUMART connects students with approved vendors inside Edo State University, Iyamho[cite: 4, 106]. Access is restricted to authorized students, staff, and approved vendors.

2. For Buyers
By purchasing on EDSUMART, you agree that:
[cite_start]- Orders: You must place orders through the platform only[cite: 112]. [cite_start]Moving transactions off-platform is prohibited[cite: 130].
- Delivery: You must be available to receive your order. [cite_start]Unclaimed orders are considered completed once delivered to your hall gate[cite: 114].
[cite_start]- Refunds: Refunds apply only if the wrong item is delivered, the item is damaged, or the vendor fails to prepare the order[cite: 120, 121, 122, 123].
3. For Vendors
By selling on EDSUMART, you agree that:
[cite_start]- Fees: You agree to a 7% commission per completed order and the applicable subscription fees (Weekly/Monthly)[cite: 39, 40].
- Payouts: EDSUMART receives payments first. [cite_start]You receive payouts after order completion and settlement[cite: 34, 35].
[cite_start]- Quality: You are responsible for item quality and packaging[cite: 50]. [cite_start]Misleading photos or descriptions will lead to removal[cite: 27].
🚫 PROHIBITED ITEMS:

4. Liability & Termination
